About St. Joseph County Court Docket

St. Joseph County dockets are divided among Circuit, Superior, Probate, and Walkerton Town Court. The county Clerk maintains official filings, each court controls its case activity, and Indiana MyCase supplies the public online view. This private reference brings those routes together so a reader can distinguish a docket from a document, certified copy, city citation, or federal case without searching several unrelated government pages.

Why We Built This Site

Indiana provides broad access to court records, but custody still matters. The St. Joseph County Clerk keeps official filings and copies. Trial courts schedule hearings and enter orders, while MyCase displays public Odyssey data. Probate has a separate local court identity, and Walkerton has the county's only current town-court identifier. The site organizes official contacts, search fields, case-number codes, and request paths while keeping those roles distinct.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to an Indiana court, the St. Joseph County Clerk, or any state agency. There are firm limits to what we can do:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
